My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. Bedroom was tiny and bathroom was so smslll your knees were rubbing against the wall when using the toilet! Bedroom seemed clean but carpet not so much. Just needs money spent on it. The area itself was quiet but odd - various hotels all together but all run down and grotty looking. Would not stay in this hotel or this area again."
