“This has been our favourite hotel of our trip to South-east Asia. The staff go the extra mile, they are genuinely warm, talkative and welcoming people who make you feel at home. We especially enjoyed the company of Annie, Ton Phat, Pheat (I can’t recall the exact spelling), Ms. Hun and Chakriya. Our room was lovely, clean and well-designed; the restaurant had a great choice of dishes on the menu - the fried chicken with roasted pineapple in curry sauce and their lemongrass crème brûlée were...

“1. location: not good. Every night a loud music was playing nearby. tuktuk $3 from the town (pub street). but from hotel to town free provided 2. Breakfast : amazing. cambodian noodle is so good 3. room condition: clean. strong a/c. 4. workers: kind and very helpful 5. Welcome juice and bread 6. Everything was great except the noise at night ( i think it was from a circus across from the street) but very quiet during the day.”

“the facilites and building, garden was wonderful. breakfast buffetand massage were really nice too. I had great experience there. just one thing, the staffs sometimes didn't understand my requirements. the pool is amazingly beautiful.”

“2014년 7월 30일 부터 8월 2일까지 프리미엄 객실에서 3박을 보냈습니다. 각 룸마다 버틀러가 있어서 하루에 몇 번이라도 외출하고 들어오면 객실이 항상 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었고, 어떤 날은 작은 선물도 침대 위에 준비되어 있었습니다. 모든 직원은 친절했고, 조식도 맛있었습니다. 직원들은 우리의 행동반경을 예의주시하면서 혹시라도 불편한 것은 없는지 체크하는 모습이었습니다. 또한 호텔에 상주근무하는 툭툭 기사들의 운행에 매우 만족합니다. 다른 일반 툭툭 기사들과 달리 제복과 헬멧 그리고 안전운행이 무척 마음에 들었습니다. 위치는 공항에서 10~15분 정도의 거리로 무척 가까웠고, 시내 쪽으로도 약 15분 정도의 거리라 큰 불편함이 없었습니다. 이 호텔은 많은 사람들로 북적이지 않아서 편안하게 휴가다운 휴가를 보냈습니다. 아난타라 리조트의 모든 직원들에게 감사의 인사를 보냅니다.”

“5박을 했는데 편안하고 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 특히 불편한 부분에 대해서 즉시 대처해 주는 스탭들의 모습은 상당히 인상적이었습니다. 아침 조식은 가격 대비 훌륭했고 한국인을 고려해서 김치를 매일 아침 제공하는 것이 인상적이었습니다. 단점은 아칭 조식 때 많은 인원으로 인해 테이블 매트를 새 것으로 교체하지 못하는데 빨리 시정되리라 봅니다. 전체적으로 편안한 숙박을 원한다면 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.”

“호텔 시설과 가격, 숙박 서비스 모두 만족하였습니다. 호텔이 시내에서 조금 떨어진 것이 좀 불편하기는 했지만 관광에 불편하거나 한 점은 없었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하였고 저렴한 가격으로 가족들 모두 편안하게 머물다가 와서 만족합니다.”

“I stayed with my son in one of the villa units. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Excellent breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools and good fitness center. The hotel rate was very good compared to the facilities it provides.”
