We went and asked for towels so we wouldn't have to drip through the hotel wet, from the worker and she said "yeah I'm not getting any new towels," and she walked away from us. So we had to walk wet through the hotel and it wasn't just us that were in there without towels. We also had a to endure the smell of cigarettes in our room because the person beside our room decided to smoke in their room and there were not repercussions. "
