Fantastic location so close to the train station as well as restaurants and all the sights in Annecy. Very walkable and convenient. Nice property and clean, renovated rooms with excellent AC. I received a balcony as well which was not expected. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is ok for a short stay. Very small rooms but that was known. Good aircon and location. Shower has no door and water goes all over the bathroom (which is tiny). Also no conditioner or proper hair shampoo just a shampoo/shower gel combo.

We parked at the multi storey across from the hotel which was really convenient. The hotel is in a great location for the town and lake. Very easy walking both day and evening. We arrived a bit early and the lovely lady at reception booked us in with a slight upgraded room. The room was lovely. Beautifully decorated and presented. We didn’t eat here but overall a great hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
