“Great hotel. Room spacious and bed comfortable. Staff were so helpful, even gave me milk to use in the frother provided along with the great espresso machine!”

“큰길(Queen St.)에서 가까와서, 다니기가 편했습니다. 방은 크지 않았지만 휴식을 취하는 데에는 불편함이 없었어요. 즐겁고 편한 여행이었습니다. 타워가 바로 눈 앞에 있어서, 현실감이 없어요. ”

“여유롭게 휴식을 가진게 아니라, 짧게 휴식을 가졌는데 너무나도 좋은 호텔 이었습니다. (예약시 호텔뷰를 추가 시켰는데 스카이 타워가 아주 잘 보였습니다.) 주변에 마트와 맛집들이 많아서 매우 좋았습니다.^^”

“시티에서 멀지 않아 위치면에서도 좋았고 숙소 청결도 좋았어요. 항구 쪽이라 뷰도 좋았습니다. 한국 직원분이 프론트에 있어 편안했습니다. 다만, 굉장히 추웠습니다. 추가 라데이터를 주셨지만 그래도 춥긴 했습니다”

“It is not clean especially in towels. Further, the smell of old and dirty fungus makes feel quite uncomfortable. It is strongly required to remove the unpleasant smell. And the room should be cleaned on a regular basis. The breakfast is too simple znx the same everyday. ”

“지어진지 얼마 안 돼서 나름 깨끗하고 직원 분들도 굉장히 친절했어요 특히 한국인 직원분 만나서 얼리체크인도 하고 룸 업그레이드도 받아서 좋았어요! 조금 아쉬운 점은 주식 메뉴가 매일 거의 똑같았어요 (2박3일 머무르는 동안 두 번은 조식 먹었고 하루는 안 먹었음) 숙소 주변에 식당은 많아서 좋았어요 토니‘s 스테이크랑 더 옥시덴탈 가까워서 좋음!”

“공항셔틀 스카이시티에서 가깝고 관광지 걸어서 가능해요! 1인실 썼는데 창문 없는거 빼고는 다 만족! 창문 없는거 감안해도 너무 만족스럽습니다~”

“주방 시설은 안 써봐서 모르겠지만, 세탁기를 이용할 수 있어서 편했어요. 건조기는 고장이 나서 사용할 수 없었는데 짐을 이미 다 풀어버려서 객실 교체 요청을 못 했어요.”

“Great hotel and staff very friendly And helpful. Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help. Going beyond....
