Shinagawa Prince Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"It was very close to Shinagawa Train Station which was convenient especially having little kids. Staff were accommodating especially the room attendants. There is 7eleven and pharmacy on the ground floor of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. There is also a “food court” on the ground floor with great food. Must try curry with omelette."

"The hotel is located well within walking distance of the train station and in a good area for sightseeing, shops and dining. The staff are super friendly and always there to help with even the smallest of issues, but sadly that is where the good points end. The hotel rooms are of a good size but very, very tired. Although clean enough there are some nasty stains on the carpets and the bathrooms are straight from the eighties, the beds were uncomfortable and i think the pillows were filled with concrete they were that hard. We stayed for 5 nights and paid for breakfast, that was also a big mistake. The dining room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting and the tables are just inches apart. Although the food was nice the total experience wasn`t i`m afraid. Cheaper and far better hotels in the same vicinity."

"Staff members were very respectful, breakfast was great, room has been cleaned every day. Check out time is 12 pm but they allowed me to checkout one hour later per my request. I appreciate so much for hospitality. Sincerely, Roza"
