Absolutely breathtaking!!! The rooms, the view the service and the location. WOW!! And Salvatore is an absolute gem. We were unsure of how to get there and so he told us to call him when we were nearing the hotel and he stayed with me on the phone and guided our every turn. He waited for us outside so we wouldn’t miss it. Talk about outstanding service. Every room is so charming and tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful views. And just a short and beautiful walk to get to the center....

Hidden Gem... wonderful quiet location. Still only steps from main piazza. Staff and restaurant were lovely.

The room was recently renovated, very nice and comfortable, large shower. Location was great, in the historic center of Benevento. But the highlight of it all was Asia, she was so welcoming and friendly, very helpful, made us feel very special. I’d definitely recommend Bayab rooms and we’d definitely stay there again in the future.

We stayed at this beautiful air conditioned apartment 1 night. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress. Great location, in walking distance to the city, shops and restaurants and close to the bus and train station. The host was very friendly and helpful with instructions to find the apartment. What else can I say here? EXCELLENCE!!! Our host Gigi was so helpful. We were made to feel at home. Gigi made us the most wonderful breakfast. Gigi is extremely knowledgeable about the area and it's history and speaks 5+ languages. Wow! What a little jewel this place turned out to be. Large, clean, beautiful, low-cost room. First, this is a very different cost-effective hotel experience. There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see. You enter the main front door using a code on a keypad, and you don't have a room key - you get a numeric combination for the combo lock on your door. Amazing!

Very friendly and helpful. We did not speak Italian but Nico spoke English. Very clean and nice spacious unit. Definitely read the instructions sent from Hotels.com to prepare yourself for the arrival as there is no standard 24 hour manned check in desk so you have to call the property before your arrival to let them know of your arrival.

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
