"Overall the place and experience was very good. However, if I could change one thing it would be that the Hotel needs to purify its water so that the tap water is drinkable. We were recommended not to drink it but the ice provided in drinks and in the breakfast buffet was tap water. It meant we had diarrhea because it wasn't clean."

"While the property looked amazing and the room while clean did not have a working TV, phone, shower head was loose, water was cut off for a few hours. I was confused on the morning of check out to get a knock at door at 8am to confirm I was checking out when 11 am is check out. However staff were lovely and gracious, luckily I was only there for short visit. Otherwise I would have asked for another room."

"Moatoga is not bad afterall. The aircon and hot water were our most important things and the staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. And thanks for the Airport Transfer that was waiting patiently for us. It’s very handy to all the shops in town and the market. We will book it again next time."

"Loved how clean the property was. Carparking was small and hard to get out of due to having to reverse. Upon check in, I was asked for payment when I had already paid online via Expedia, staff member asked for a receipt as proof of this, would have thought this should had been updated on their system already.
