"Great location! We stayed for a concert at PPG and the walk was less than 5 mins. Clean room. Only complaint is the restaurant inside the hotel. For breakfast they have one person waitressing and cleaning tables. She is a very hard worker, but as a guest we didn’t ask for things we needed such as syrup because we felt bad for how overworked she was and didn’t want to add to her load. The restaurant was full when we were in there and not giving her help was a bit ridiculous."

"Efficient property for overnight. Good bed, good, hot shower, good free breakfast. Needs some updating...dark hallways, smoke smelling elevator. If you get shuttle from the airport, expect atleast 30 minutes."
