“Room was nice but walls too thin, could hear every voice and footsteps in the hallway. Not enough options for breakfast and couldn't check in a minute early before 3pm. Although it is pet friendly they need to clean the rooms better of odor in-between stays or keep pets always in the same rooms because mine smelled like a wet dog and it was very strong for the whole first day. Would not recommend for how expensive it was but all in all it was ok.”

“Overall very nice place to stay and the price is not bad. I have stayed here before and will return again. Close to everything in Sebastian.”

“The parking is good. The lobby looks new and fresh. The place smells great when you walk in. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was... interesting. We had a lot of space so that was great. Except for the beds, the furniture was old. That's not a problem; I'm just pointing it out. The couch was very used and not entirely comfortable. The bathroom was large but oddly so. I'm wondering if this building was a small hospital at one time. Also, the bathroom wasn't entirely clean when we...

“The one bedroom rooms are very spacious with modern decor. This is our second time staying here and we loved it and will definitely be back again! It’s small, feels more private, and is on a quiet stretch of Melbourne Beach with beautiful views.”

“The room smelled like an ashtray, the bed was a futon. We got the key to the room walked inside then immediately walked out got in our car and left after paying 100 non refundable dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this place anyone !!!!!!!!$”@&/:”

“We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Hotel Melby Downtown Melbourne, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a great location for enjoying downtown Melbourne. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service, especially from Monica. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more...

“Everything was terrific with the exception of not having a real restaurant that looks good and has great offerings.”

“We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with...
