This is a cute and unique place that I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The beach is literally across the street and the view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing. The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning. They also have little extras like snacks and drinks available anytime and a daily happy hour that is a perfect little break between the beach and before going out to dinner.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!

This Bed and Breakfast exceeded all expectations! Charlotte’s suite was absolutely beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable. Room decor was perfect for the beachy town and the ambiance. The grounds were quiet and serene, perfect place to enjoy with your person! The staff are welcoming and very friendly and helpful with all needs. The food is delicious, great choices offered. The social hour offers fresh apps and the wine, which was refreshing. Definitely worth the visit. An amazing place!

Best place between Daytona and Vero Beaches

This is a different class of B&B. All rooms appear to have individual exterior entrance and the privacy that comes with that. Excellent furnishings, fridge in room, common space with gardens, small pool and "garden waterfall hot tub". Breakfast and happy hour, both excellent.

Great property, gardens, room and service. Directly across from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. They have beach and pools equipment available 24/7. Breakfast in the garden next to the waterfall was perfect and delicious!

Quick trip to Melbourne Beach

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. All the staff were very friendly and every little detail has been well planned. The amenities like the complimentary snack bar, beach towels, bottled waters in the room are just some examples. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely make a return visit!

We went for our anniversary. The staff was wonderful. We loved the pool, hot tub and the room. Although you were close to shops, restaurants and the beach, you felt like you were away from it all. And the cookies were delicious.
