โMy stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and the food was good. I especially appreciated the high quality of their towels. There are also good restaurants around the hotel, including some excellent Thai food options.
However, there was one unpleasant issue: I was charged a fee for airport pickup which I did not use. Despite showing them the receipt of my payment at the airport (where I paid by credit card), they were suspicious of me. Normally, credit cards are not accepted in Morocco except...
โVery easy acess to all locations and everything. And security around hotel aslo good. Wifi and pressure of water and welcoming fruits was very nice. Friendly staff and room cleaness is also good. Cafeteria around hotel was fantastic. Couch and bed was very very confortable. Kitchen was very useful also. I like it. My spouse aslo like it.โ

I needed to exchange some USD and the manager took care of everything for me, even had my $ delivered to my room. He also was very helpful with arranging our early morning transport to the airport.
Hotel Art Palace Suites and Spa was the perfect place to end our tour of Morocco. โ
โThe hotel is location is very convenient. A short walk from the Casa voyagers Tram and Train station. Area is pretty safe and lots of food options available.
The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. We felt that the floor which was wood or prego (unlike most hotels that have carpet floor) was a bit sticky, I asked the front desk and within minutes they sent someone who mopped the floor clean for us. Bathrooms were very clean and...

The first thing I found out in the room was the washstand which cannot be drained.
Managers at the receptions were very unprofessional and unkind. Probably not all of them, but at least the people I met for three days were.
I'd rather stay another hotel for my next trip to the city.
