"Room was clean and quiet."

"I was only there for one day and I was in and out so I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast."

"Upon checking in we learned that we had to pay for parking which was not noted on the website and which in our opinion should be free given the price of the room. You had to download an app on your phone to provide you payment information and pay for the parking. We did not wish to use the app so the check in desk person, Ruby, went to a different computer and completed the parking payment process and we then received a text that the parking time had begun. When we extended our stay one more night, that process had to be done again for the new night and we checked twice with the desk clerk and they said it had been done. However several hours after we checked out we received a link that "there was an issue with the payment process" and to update the information. Not knowing if the link was legitimate and given we did not put in the payment info, we did not click on the link. Obviously the hotel did not do it properly. Much ado to park 50 ft. from the hotel entrance. Our room was clean but the carpet was ragged in places, the upholstery on the desk chair was peeling off, you could hear any activity beside or below you, whether talking or bathroom functions, the internet was constantly down and had to be rebooted, and coffee in the morning for guests was only there 1 morning out of the 3 we were there. With the exception of Ruby at the check in desk and the cleaning staff, this stay at Hawthorne was beyond disappointing and we would not recommend it."

"Staff was helpful. Extremely convenient to LakePoint sports complex. Very good value for the cost. Complimentary breakfast had good options. Breakfast didn’t open until 7am, which isn’t ideal, but Chik fil a across the street opens at 6."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff did not respond to a request for assistance with TV. Breakfast was okay. Suppose to be hot breakfast items were lukewarm."

"Breakfast was good. Make sure to have enough coffee for busy days like graduation. Additionally, coffee was offered in room but no coffee maker. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"It was ok~room clean, parking good, staff good, no elevator and no lobby coffee or in room coffee maker. Much much better than the 1st econolodge we stayed at."

"Room was dirty, hotel is in need of a deep cleaning, was pet friendly but my cat and dog were terrified all night, there were smells from other animals and a dog that was left alone kept barking every time someone walked passed its room"
