Clean Room. Good Views, Convenient, Good Food and Sportsbook

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Fabulous pool area and very helpful staff

There's coffee / water machine at the lobby which already better than my stay at a BW hotel which only provide instant coffee packet. Parking is right behind the hotel which is good. Didn't look into the area, but as how the hotel lobby setup (thick glasses divider between customer and staff at reception, multiple surveillance cameras), it seems the area maybe unsafe? At least that's the feeling it gave me. But overall, it did exceed my expectation.

Loved that our room was cleaned to perfection every day, hotel is very well located, excellent restaurants and beautiful shopping center.
