"The area where the hotel was looked abandoned however there was a nice beach within minutes near. The staff was friendly accommodating and the room we had was an upgraded room with a jacuzzi. It was clean quiet and perfect for the location as we had a wedding 15 min away at the Villa. Keep in mind it’s one hour away from the Airport however if you have something g to do in the area then this is perfect."

"We really appreciated the fact it was like an apartment and not a hotel room. We made breakfast each morning so we could leave early to go about our day. Fully stocked kitchen and the room and grounds were so clean. Washer/dryer shared with another room was convenient and they provided soap. It wasn't a "party" scene. Everyone was respectful and it was relaxing. The restaurant/bar was independent from the hotel so you couldn't charge to your room so you had to bring money or card down with you. I feel like this was sort of an inconvenience but not a deal breaker to stay there again!"

"When arriving we were not allowed to check in early. My wife asked about the shampoo and conditioner and they said “they don’t fill them anymore” and gave 3 tiny bottles to us and soap bar. The shower head holder was broken hot both my wife and me in the head. They said they would fix it but never did. When we went out we put the clean room sign out when we got back nothing was done. The blankets had I don’t even want to think about crust on it. The only few things that were nice were the views, the few staff members that actually helped and the bar tender was great."

"We ended up leaving after one night. The sheets were stained and the room was not what was pictured in the photos. The walls were paperthin, we could hear everything loud and clear in the room next to us. The ceiling tiles were falling. There was only one chair available at the table. The room felt like a hospital room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Just wish the property was in better order."

"The room was somewhat clean, but the coffee pot was dirty. There were no batteries in the safe. The only furniture in the room was a bed. We asked for a suitcase stand, and one was provided. We said the room was very cold, but the temperature control was locked. Someone from the desk arrived with a key to open the thermostat to change the temperature, asking what temperature we wanted, then locked it again. The register near the ceiling blew cold air on the bed all night. By morning, we couldn't wait to get out of that cold icebox and find a more tropical place to spend our vacation."
