"It would be hard to imagine a more comfortable place to stay than the Aldebaran Hotel. The staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful. "Centrally located made it easy to walk anywhere. The room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast in the morning is worth it, the views of the city is beai. Staff were super nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early and helping us get a taxi to airport. Would stay here again! "

"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing.
