Stained curtains and furniture. Pungent stinky smell. I could barely sleep and remained anxious all night. I woke the next morning from a half sleep to find a bed bug in my bed. This is devastating for me as I have a severe phobia of bugs that infest. I knew it was a bed bug because when I flicked it, it exploded with blood. The best thing the hotel did was refund my money immediately and that was ONLY because I booked through hotels .com. Terrible. Dreadful, horrible experience. It completely ruined mine and my daughter’s college visit. "
