“Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!”

“The hotel is in a great location. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff service could have been improved at check in and check out”

“Very quiet”

“Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning.”

We had dinner in the pub and that was a genuinely lovely, I'd go back here again just for a meal. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. There's a few games and things in the bar, and they came in very handy when there was a brief power cut (it was Boelo, it was very windy). Emma quickly handed out candles for...

“A great place to stay, especially when the sun is shining! Very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast.”

“Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!”

“Friendly staff, nice size room, renovated bathroom. Bed could be better, springy and noisy when partner rolls over. Parking if your lucky on street outside. Breakfast fantastic, continental buffet and cooked to your request.”

“Amazing location and charming spot. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The pub and wonderful outdoor area attracted many locals and travellers. The walks to and from Birling Gap were stunning. What a spot!!”
