"Nice hotel, clean and very nice rooms.
The employees were very helpfull, kind and friendly.
Also the breakfast was very good and enough to choose from.
If we ever come back to Istanbul we would love to stay here again."
"My stay at The Bail Hotel Istanbul was truly outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to assist us at every step. They helped arrange our cruise and airport transfers, securing excellent prices and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their guidance throughout our stay was invaluable-always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Every detail was taken care...
"Although I was assigned a different room than my original booking, I accepted it because of the staff attitude and respect. They offer other options including another hotel and refund but I was tired and didn’t want to waste more time and I believe it was Expedia mistake.
Anyway, nice family hotel in a busy area worth a visit."
"We had a comfortable stay — the rooms were warm, water was always hot, and breakfast was good every morning. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Special thanks to Engene for being so helpful!"

Fer Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location. Staff super helpful. Wonderful breakfast "
"Highly recommended. The hotel
is in a tree lined street and feels very safe even at night. They gave us a free room upgrade facing the street. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Free breakfast at the rooftop restaurant gives a clear view of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Bosphorus Strait!!'
Excellent location with major sights and tram stations within 5-10min walk. Alot of dining options nearby. Ross Kebab House next door has delicious local food and gives free baklava and tea. Sur Doner Shawarma along the main road has delicious beef doner for $7."
"I dont often write reviews however Hotel Niles is truly worth it. Its a beautiful hotel in the back streets of Istanbul.
Entered a small but very traditional Turkish Reception, manned by Ozan, who is the hotel manager. A lovely welcome drink of Turkish tea and turkish delight did wonders to pick up my sugar levels after trekking across the city.
I arrived early (10:30) and usually the rooms aren't ready until 2, but mine was. So I was able to check in for my four night stay.
I arrived at room 505, a lovely room, not huge but has everything and more that you'll need.
There was also a little present waiting for me. I'm not going to spoil what it was though 😍
In the room was a litre bottle of water, with a note to encourage you to fill the bottle from the hotel water machines, to help reduce plastic waste.
I quickly unpacked and went to the roof terrace where there are incredible views of the sea of Marmara.
Breakfast was made up of turkish dishes, typically vegetarian. There were eggs, salad, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, cakes and toast with turkish tea and coffee. Plenty to keep you going.
I felt really welcome here, like a house guest, not a hotel guest. Will I come back? Yes, absolutely I will.

"Superb stay here on our trip to Istanbul.Clean quiet hotel right in the centre of Istanbul Sultanahmet area, lots of good eateries nearby and all the major tourist attractions 5-10minute walking distance.Step out of the hotel you are straight into the city vibe!Breakfast buffet was great and the Bosphorus cruise the hotel advised with a fish dinner and 14 traditional dances on board was a highlight with the Sufi Dervish dance especially hypnotic!"
"Wonderful hotel right near all of the sights in the main part of town. Great restaurants nearby and nice ambience around the pool area. The front desk was so kind and helpful with every we needed. Highly recommend! "
"Great location, very convenient for getting around. The staff were always friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. Really appreciated their hospitality!"
