Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was within steps of the Milano Céntrale train station. It was perfect for us, as we didn’t rent a car.

Convenient for the lake. Near train station 200metres. Near to the ferry station to provide easy access to visit towns around the lake. Hotel and rooms are in need of refurbishment. Observed some poor hygiene practices. Staff should handle food with tongs not bare hands.
