"My first indication that we should have went somewhere else was when the old lady with the white hair behind the front desk was rude. It just went downhill from there. If you drive a truck, you'll have to park it down the road in the parking lot. Only very small vehicles will fit in the underground parkade. Our truck is brand new and it's beyond sketchy in this area. This just added to our stress. We get up to our room- it was disappointing how worn out everything looked. No mini fridge or microwave. TV and toilet don't work. Then we have to wait for maintenance. Then we get moved to a different room- that was even more worn out. Again, no mini fridge or microwave. The only good thing was the view. We were woke up by loud neighbors at midnight. It was so bad my husband went down to speak to the front desk. He was told there was several complaints from other guests. Well- nothing was done about it. The yelling went on until 4 am. We had to drive home- 5 hours away- with absolutely no sleep. I spoke with management when we checked out and we were given a discount on our parking fees. I definitely would not recommend this place."

"Everything was great and wonderful, had the river view room and it was lovely. Room service was fast and delicious. Room was clean and very big. Gym and pool were great, steamroom smelt a bit musty. Staff was warm and inviting they even had a wonderful friendly dog that my kids were so excited to pet."

"Asked for housekeeping but only received it one out of three days. No ice in freezer upon arrival; had to make our own cubes and wait. Good-sized rooms; good bed. Would have liked a wand in the shower"

"Location was great, front desk staff were lovely. Room was clean however the AC/fan did NOT work so it made for a hot and stuffy room (thank god the windows opened). Bed was pretty stiff and not the most comfortable. They are doing reno’s so hopefully these issues get resolved!"

"Nice hotel with spacious, clean & secure rooms right in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Easy walk to various restaurants & only a 10min walk to Rogers Arena for anyone taking in sporting events or concerts."
