"I had a very pleasant stay at the Duane Street Hotel (formerly Sonder) in NYC. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The staff (Ravi) were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever I had a question. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's very convenient for exploring the city, with subway stations, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and pharmacies all within a short walking distance. Everything I needed was nearby, which made my trip much easier. For improvement, I think adding a few more in-room amenities, such as a small microwave, would make the stay even better. Keep the common area clean and neat. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to New York."

"First time in NYC so we don’t have anything to compare it to but the customer service was 10/10. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeepers were so kind. The facility and rooms were so clean. They offered laundry service at a very reasonable rate, much cheaper than LaundryHeap and other laundry services. We always felt safe walking to and from subway even later in the evening. We booked the king room with a terrace and the view was awesome! Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the spring with our daughters!"
