โI am very familiar with this chain resort as I have visited the FL location several times and I must say this resort did not disappoint everything was excellent clean acceptable professional and friendly.
My only complaint is when I checked in I was to be charged the $32 per night resort fee which didnโt happen so the following day the charged my CC that was on file (which is not the card I wanted to use) however I was ok with it once I confirmed at the front desk that was what the charge was...
โHotel room was a renovated room, great view, had all the amenities and was very clean. The waterfall shower and heated mirror gave a touch of luxury. So great, we stayed an extra night!โ
โThis property was beat up. Chipped up furniture, dressers missing hardware, dirty, hairballs under the dresser, burn marks on the end tables, smelly and damp, definitely the worst place we ever stayed at this resort. โ
