"The staff was very friendly. The hotel really needs to be updated, it was ok for a night or 2. The property was for the most part clean, but some of the carpets had an odor. We were on the top floor and we would get all the smoke from people smoking that would seep into our room. The beds were not comfortable.The pool chairs are older and some are breaking same with the regular chairs and umbrella’s. The parking was very tight, and sometimes there was people parked there that were not from the hotel."

"Hotel right on the beach with 2 hot tubs, 2 pools (1 heated) and a heated lazy river. Within walking distance to public pickleball courts, Walmart Neighborhood grocery store and other shops."

"Older facility, room could be updated. Automatic door lock was stock locked every time you used it. Maintenance looked at it after a few tries opened up and then walked away. Did not use the pools but they were always busy. Great location to beach. Pressured to go to a 90 minute presentation to buy into vacation sceem."

"Normally I don’t give reviews but I just had to. I reached out and notified the property that my mom was hospitalized and in the CCU days before we were supposed to check in. Unfortunately my Mom passed away and I sent in her death certificate and they would not refund us our money. I’m pretty sure death is inevitable. She literally passed away the day before our family vacation. Thanks to Expedia for trying to resolve the issue."
