“A really magnificent departure from the mid-range, vanilla hotels that we business travelers frequent. You'll experience coolness overload when you stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the communal areas are stunning in a way that fans of Gustav Stickley, Teco, Weller, etc won't easily forget. The breakfast was superb too. “We stayed in room 237 which is directly across from the stairwell. Cold air gushed up the stairs and into our room. There was no good way to regulate the temperature. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had problems. However I will never stay in that room again.”

“Great hotel. Clean room and great kitchenette. Good breakfast( pancakes, waffles, eggs(boiled and scrambled) cereal, sausage, yogurt, pastries, bread, etc.) Wish the pool was a little cooler, hot tub was hot. One negative, the mattress…I felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs.”
