"Everything was good but shuttle service was the worst. Make you wait forever at the airport and take you to a few other hotels first before finally taking you to the tru hotel… waited about an hour to get picked up from the shuttle …. all they had to tell me is that they would be late and i’d have gotten an uber …. but they said the shuttle would be there in five minutes everyone i called and i waited an hour "
