"The Breakfast menu could be better. It’s same every day. It’s ok for someone staying for a day. But if you are there for longer then it feels monotonous. At least 2 dishes should be different every day."

"Our experience was spoilt by the check in process. The greeting from the checkin staff was what you would expect from the US immigration service. We are from Auckland and the stay was for a special occasion. The checkin set a poor tone and things stayed that way for the rest of the stay - there was nothing else that lifted that poor performance."

"The room was nice and tidy and staff were friendly.Liked the tea making facilities.Even had a bus stop to Onehunga practically outside the door, which coincidendtly i needed to get to.Only gripe is the toilet seat had to be held up and no soap holder in shower.Otherwise great.I'll be back."
