"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Sky Tower in Auckland, which made it very convenient to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Overall, I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland."

"The property is in excellent condition, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were less than helpful. Failed to contact me for an organised wake up call, plus arrived at the restaurant at 6.10pm to be told, nothing available till 8.15pm, I should have booked was the staff response, and go next door to the Novotel for dinner."

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely positive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm attitude made the experience truly memorable. The facilities are excellent, the service throughout the hotel was brilliant, and every detail reflected a commitment to exceptional hospitality. A special mention must go to The Grill restaurant. The food was outstanding and easily among the best dining experiences I have enjoyed while staying at a hotel. The rooms were exceptional – without doubt some of the best I have stayed in. Stylish, comfortable, and beautifully presented, they made for a truly relaxing stay. An amazing experience from start to finish.
