“I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. “Kibo Palace Apartments is exceptionally good value if you stay for at least a full week. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed. In a very busy shopping area downtown, close to the market, Khan's barbecue and Five Chutneys vegetarian Indian restaurant, so an excellent though very different experience overall. Cleaning by request, so not intrusive. Basic toiletries and towel.”
