“This hotel is lovely. It's surrounded by beautiful trees and a river. The best part are the monkeys that climb through the trees and can be viewed from the restaurant. The rooms are beautiful in a sparse, clean and sophisticated way with tasteful choice of art and furnishings. The place is great for kids - a lovely pool and great play area. “I can't say enough good things about Kaswende Farm. The owner was the most remarkable host I've ever met. He arranged for a pick-up for me and treated me like family on my arrival. It was my first day in Tanzania and in fact in Africa, and he did a remarkable job at getting me up to speed with what to be aware of while travelling through the country. “I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. ”
