Equally they didn’t care that someone had been smoking in our room and cigarette ash was on the carpet and the window frame. The bed throw was disgusting and not to be explicit I’ll leave it at that. "Pretty hotel. We had a wonderful stay in room 121. The suite had a beautiful 4 poster and the bathroom a huge roll top bath. We visited the spa and had an excellent breakfast. Lovely stay. Will return. "
