He helped us several times over the 3 nights, including extending our stay. The shower was amazing! Rain head & traditional, so relaxing. “the heater was broken and the technician's attitude was pretty rude talking to us. we ended up moving our room to next door so we lost over 1 hour to take a break before dinner.
