This place is a gem! It is a small, quaint, clean, and convenient location! Rooms had complimentary water and snack bars, very nice linens, comfortable beds, too. The manager was attentive and friendly, and offered advice on where to eat. The view of the lake is wonderful, and the breeze allowed a comfy night's sleep with windows open. We would absolutely return to this place in the future. I highly recommend! It is obvious the rooms are updated, well-kept, and clean!

This is a nice, small, and very clean motel. The manager was nice and helpful. I stayed more than one night and have no complaints. Parking is available on site as well as next door. A large, well known gas station chain has a location right next door and Ashland has a lot to offer when it comes to food and drink options. I suggest going downtown to check out all the amazing murals on some of the buildings and go see the sites and view of the lake. I have been to Ashland more than once and I always have a good time when I’m there.

Older motel across the highway from the lake, with small but newly updated and sparkling clean rooms (and bathrooms) that include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, and breakfast bars as complimentary amenities. Dogs allowed for a fee. Parking lot can fill up, but side-street parking is available if that happens. Walkable to Main Street. It’s on a busy main drag in and out of Ashland, so traffic noise might disturb light sleepers. Friendly, helpful office staff (Al).

Location was very convenient for our purposes and staff was helpful and friendly. Being on the main street it was a little noisy with traffic, but a good nights rest on the comfortable bed made that a non issue.
