This property was great! The company was very responsive and provided complimentary transportation with constant communication from and to the airport. The area was fantastic and only about a 7 min walk into the center of Aspen town. It was very walkable to all of the coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store located nearby. The condo was equipped with fans, humidifier, and had ample space & kitchenette. Would highly recommend!

The stay was very nice. Great space. The only issue is that the bedroom gets a little warm because the air does not flow from the living room as well unless you put the AC down to 65 degrees or less.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had using Expedia to book a condo. It did not have the amenities listed. In particular we had just finished a 12 mile hike from Crested Butte to Aspen and arrived to a condo that was listed as with AC and temp of 80 degrees inside. We had to shower and leave our hair wet for a birthday dinner. There also was not a washer or dryer in unit as advertised and the fuses kept blowing. Also no coffee or tea to start the morning as listed. The place was not clean and very worn and old. I would like to compliment the maintenance crew after hours who came in and placed window AC units. We were able to sleep comfortably that evening. The bedding and beds were comfortable and the concierge service helpful during daytime hours. Shuttle to airport was convenient and easy to schedule. I would not stay here again and believe the price was far too high for what we received.

Cozy, convenient, beautiful chalet

Working with Frias properties was easy and above expectations. They answer their phones, are quickly responsive to inquiries and requests, and professional and friendly. The property itself is convenient Lee located right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need to make a full breakfast lunch or dinner. The fireplace came with matches and firewood and requests for more firewood was quickly addressed. I look forward to staying here again soon and recommend it to my friends.

Very nice stay for our family of 5 in this condo. Less than 5 minute walk to center of town. Comfortable kitchen, dining and living area. Very clean and well kept. Cleaning staff always on time and professional.

Bait and Switch

We booked a one bedroom deluxe condo at the Durant Condominium. Upon arrival we were told they oversold the property and we ended up staying at an affiliate property across the street. The room we ended up getting was OK, but right next to the pool and super loud. We came here for a Babymoon, so to say the least this is not what we had in mind. I would not book this property on this site, but directly through Frias to insure you get what you paid for.

Near Miss

We stay in Aspen every year in the summer, first time at this condo. Nicely kept building BUT our one bedroom unit was very cramped, much smaller than other past rentals. Unit 101A faced a nice mountain view, but no balcony on any unit. Be careful, some units just face a wall. Pool and hot tub were awkwardly sited the buildings away. You had to negotiate up and down stairways and walk along the front sidewalk to get there. No on-site office, check-in was across the street at a different complex, Fasching Haus. Central location is excellent, close to everything in town. Quiet beautiful street.
