“My prepaid reservation was not honored on arrival, as the property claimed they do not recognize Expedia bookings. I had to request a refund through Expedia and pay again at the hotel—at nearly double the price, which was very frustrating and misleading. The resort is still not fully ready, with very limited food options (only two places), although the food itself was good. Staff do not speak English, making communication difficult.
