I stayed for a week while enjoying Bangalore. The area is easily accessible by Uber. Close enough to the vibrant Church Street and Commercial Street. Also not too far from nice districts like Koramangala and Indiranagar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. While checking in, I got a room that wasn't cleaned properly. I told the front desk, and within 10 minutes they had me in a different room that was cleaned. I think it's the way you handle things when something goes wrong that shows the true color. And they handled this perfectly.
