Atagawa Tropical and Alligator Garden Tours

Laundry machine and dryer is a bonus for a family staying in the hotel. We did not pack a lot of clothes for this vacation but was able to do a load of laundry every night. Spacious hotel size for a family of 4. Positives: Laundry/dryer in the room, excellent hotel location (6minutes walk) close to the JR Yamanote Line (Okachimachi Station), front desk staff provided excellent customer service, very clean well maintained hotel, even though our hotel room faced the station we did not hear the noise of the trains Negatives: bed pillows were very thin, we were charged a fee for hotel city travel tax (unpleasant surprised for me)
