The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. Our stay was amazing! The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and efficient, the food is wonderful, and the onsen are beautiful. It is such a great place, especially if you want to relax.

The room had an incredible ocean view. The breakfast was extensive and interesting. It would have been helpful to have a little more explanation in English of how to prepare for going into the onsen.
