The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful; however, housekeeping needs some training. One housekeeper in particular was yelling out “Housekeeping” very loudly, on repeat, right outside our door over and over again beginning over an hour before checkout time. We left our room to go down for breakfast around 10, and when we got back she was still hovering around our door. We walked in our room to brush our teeth and get our bags when she literally started BANGING on our door at exactly 11 AM. We said “just a second”, and came out moments later to find her standing right outside our door holding a clip board. It was the rudest most inhospitable thing I have ever witnessed at a hotel. I could understand housekeeping knocking on the door if it were 10 minutes after checkout, but doing it at exactly 11 AM seemed absurd and unnecessary…especially since we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

All of the staff was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The food at the onsite restaurant was enjoyable and we enjoyed trivia night too! The workout room was clean and comfortable. Four stars and not five because we had several light bulbs in our room that needed replacing, making our evening time a bit dim.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The refrigerator did not work and the tables were small and one wobbled. The chairs were uncomfortable. There was very little water pressure and no hot water at 7:30 in the morning.
