If you are looking for a boutique hotel on the outskirts of Athens, I recommend this hotel. The driver picked us up from the airport and dropped us off as well. You can walk to the beach and be there in about 15 minutes. There are some great restaurants beachside. The hotel offered a Continental breakfast which included juice, coffee fresh bread, egg and yogurt.

The beds were old and uncomfortable, the shower head didn’t work property and there was a large roach running over the kitchenette. The free breakfast wasn’t anything special. Staff were very friendly. I wouldn’t book again.

Perfect stay before AM flight to airport. Heard some planes but overall quiet area for being so close. Walked to the beachside (1 mile, 15 min walk) where we had a nice dinner and drinks.

Staff waited for me at the airport when my luggage was delayed nearly an hour, which was nearly midnight. My room was upgraded for free to a family room (I was alone) I'm used to international travel, and I have realistic expectations, I think, when booking less expensive hotels. It was clean, the bed I used was quite comfortable, the property was as in photos (not a nice neighborhood, but it was fenced), my breakfast was just as nice as other hotels, I'd visited that week. The ride back to the airport the next morning was punctual. The down side was that they could use an exterminator. I had a hard time relaxing and falling to sleep after finding and killing numerous insects on the floor and walls.
