"The beach view from our third floor side balcony was good. We originally had a second floor side balcony and it was not so great. The bar staff (waitress) was a total disappointment. The food selection was ok but by the time the waitress brought it to us it was cold. We sat for 90+ minutes in an empty restaurant before she took our drink orders. We received our menus after that time and requesting several times."

"Shower was very hard to use, and was not warm at all in the morning. Front desk asked if we wanted housekeeping, I said yes but they never came. Wasn’t as great as the previous times I’ve been here, so pretty disappointed. "
