Folks at the front desk were super good and friendly! Really made the experience a great one! Parking was the only killer aspect of the trip, but should of done my research a head of time.

The Valet staff was the saving grace - they were the friendliest and customer service oriented. I wish I got the name of the one gentleman who helped us tremendously. The rest of the stay was okay - we weren’t expecting 5 stars but almost felt like a burden to the front desk staff. The bathroom door was ridiculously loud and clunky. Very tight corridors throughout the hotel.

The room was great. Hotel was quiet and right next to the MARTA transportation, and walkable to restaurants. (But the mattress was way too soft!) Staff was nice and helpful. I wish breakfast was included though.

The location is perfect. It's near a MARTA stop and a short walk to the museum. Our room had a nice view of trees. Breakfast was bad. The bed was bad. The bed sank in and squeeky which I didn't expect from a Courtyard level hotel. Outside of the bathroom there was a nice long mirror which was a good idea but there was no lights in that section of the room to take advantage of the mirror. Strange design.

Hotel stay was overall a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, and overall great experience. Be prepared to walk across the street if you’re not using valet parking services and be prepared to pay for parking under the public parking garage.

This hotel and its cleanliness was perfect! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. My only issue was with my door knob on my room door. I had to play with the lock multiple times to get the door to close after leaving the room. Other than that issue everything was perfect!
