I really like how safe this complex is and how you need a code to get into the garage. Our room was very spacious with a great view from the balcony. Just wish there was a tv in the bedroom, but no big deal. Very happy!

Everything on the property was perfect. Its was clean. The only part I didn’t like was the mattress in the pull out couch and in the bed. They were pretty hard and didn’t get a good night sleep. Other than that a great place and location.

I loved our stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed From Saturday- Monday. Very clean, the hallways smelt clean. It was a gated community therefore it felt really really safe! You couldn’t do anything without the access code. My only issue with our stay was the shower water was very very cold. It was around 40-50 degrees the entire weekend so a cold shower wasn’t very ideal.

Stayed for 3 nights and only had one towel set. Housekeeping never came even after requesting. Manager was banging on the door and entered my room in anger saying that I don’t have a reservation in his records. Terrible experience. He basically wanted to kick me out. I will never stay here again.

The apartment overall was good. Great size, full kitchen with utensils, washer/dryer, living room, etc. The bed was only a queen, not a king, and it wasn't the most comfortable, but it was ok. wifi was slow but it worked. Most of the issues are that there is no lobby or person to talk to if we need to. We send email to the info address, but didn't get replies back. It's a very different experience, but it's a good value.

It was so noisy at this location. We could hear entire conversations from the parking lot. as well as sirens and street traffic. The people above us were stomping for hours after we checked in. We couldn’t hear it thru the night but it started early the next morning. There was also no hot water during our stay. It was lukewarm for a moment when we got in the shower at night but got freezing cold within minutes. The next morning, same thing. This stay was not worth the cost per night. I would not return.

It’s convenient when you have a family member in the Emory midtown hospital but let me say that when you call the number on the Dorsen website don’t count on too much assistance.

All good. Except there is no staff present. Wanted an extra blanket for the sofa bed provided but no one there to ask. The is no extra toilet paper or kitchen towels which we bought but if there is a way to communicate it would be good

Upon checking in the first room wasn't clean so they sent us to another room. The second room wasn't cleaned by House keeping either so they finally sent us to another room about 2 hours later. We walked in the third room with had be clean but as soon as we walked in we saw roaches. They didn't do anything about it but send us a text stated that they won't be giving compensation or resolving the issue. It's sad to see such good places go down. My partner have traveled the country and hate to see nice places go down because of actions like these. We traveled to 43 states and there is no way this property is moving in the right direction
