Very accommodating, clean, quiet and friendly! The whole process from booking all the way to check out was very easy and pleasant. Someone was always available to answer questions. The accommodations were very clean and made me feel like I was at home my entire trip. The location for resturants, groceries, amd attractions.

We loved being able to stay in a convenient area in a self-catering unit. Don’t expect to find everything you need in the kitchen like spices, oil, dishsoap etc, but there’s a publix nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would've liked to have soap/shampoo - we only had 2 small bottles that were partially used. Parking was gated so we felt very safe with multiple locked doors to gain access to the building. The office/common area downstairs was a nice perk.
Booked this place because of how close it was to the State Farm Arena for The Concert we attended and was just perfect.. We had to check in late and the Communication back-and-forth was just perfect. The Rooms was great and the space was just perfect way better then booking with a hotel.. only thing is the bathrooms tubs should be fixed but other then that no complaints just was a great stay

Midtown location is great! Spacious 1 bedroom with small deck and limited but nice view. Just have to bring you own TP and soap. Maybe some light bulbs also, several were burnt out.
The unit was clean and comfortable. It was great to have so much room - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - rather than being in a hotel. It would have been nice if they supplied more shampoo (not enough for more than a shower or two and we had three people for a week), but not a big deal. Also, there is a lot of stuff stored in the closet that we had to move to hand our clothes. Other than that it was great. The building was safe, although we did have beggars outside the building door.
Our stay was quite pleasant. The apartment was big enough for just two people, but we did not mind that at all, of course. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable, and I say that because, in my experience, they're usually not. The bathroom was a bit narrow, and I noticed a bit of wear and tear in the tub and ceiling, but nothing major. I also noticed that the floor in the main living area wasn't squeaky clean. It could have used some sweeping and mopping, but nothing major. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as stated in the beginning.
This actual apartment building is called The Byron on Peachtree, on Google maps. This building is heavily gated making it very secure. There is an elevator and there are cameras everywhere. They have a nice lounge to hang out with friends, with free coffee and chocolate drinks! There is a gym. No swimming pool.
Publix Super Market at Piedmont is just 5-6 mins of walk for groceries, pharmacy and deli food, which makes this place extremely family friendly and convenient. Georgia World Congress Center is a 7-8 min drive. Georgia Aquarium is about 5-6 min drive. There are 2 Marta train stations: Civic Center Station and North Ave Station, both in 2 min drive or about 7-9 mins walk. Lyft is super cheap to hire and is easily available in less than 5 mins, Lyft seemed cheaper than Uber when we were there. I would recommend that over driving. If you take the train, it would cost you less than $5 by train and around $35-$40 by lyft to the airport from this location. Airport is about 20 min by drive and 30 mins by train. But, we were recommended against taking the train in the late evenings for safety concerns. Emory Hospital is right opposite this building.
Apartment restrooms did not have toiletries! Beds were comfortable. AC was working. TV had netflix and other options. Kitchen had all cutleries, cookware and appliances including dishwasher. Ideal for cooking at home. I DO NOT recommend their sofa bed and futon, 2BHK is apt for 4-5 people. Checkout time @ 10 am was INCONVENIENT.
The Cyan on Peachtree appears to be clean; however, I was met by a roach running across the counter. I called customer care and was asked to take a picture of the roach. Then was informed that the previous did not report any roaches. The Cyan was not my original selection. My first choice upgrade since my original selection was had maintenance issue through the
First review I have ever left and it deserves a zero stars. The most disgusting and dissatisfying place for smell and cleanliness. Whoever’s position is in charge of attempting to clean the unit should be reconsidered. We placed dirty bath mats on balcony and dirty towels to help with smell. My wife and mother clean unit up and washed towels and linens. Again,ZERO STARS
The apartment looked great at first sight, very spacious with 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lots of closets and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryér. My mind was blown.
But. All that came with a lot of inconveniences that should have never occurred if at least the cleaning team had made some equipment checks or had a technician fix damaged equipment before my arrival. I was constantly in contact with Pelican team for 2 whole days, plus 3 visits from Pelican reps to try to fix those issues. I didn't pay all that money to "assist" the property owners with fixing things in the apartment. I was on vacation.
A closet door was damaged, a tv never worked, the bedsheets and pillows were awfully dirty, cracking paint in the bathrooms, inop light bulb above the stove, safety door lock issue. I wasted a day to re clean all bedding items and towels. Pelican offered me 2 new pillows, cleaning pods and air fresheners.
I couldn't sleep well because of the outside light. They put sun filtering curtains but no blackout curtains.
I did not enjoy my stay. Plus I was given a wrong code for the 3 main doors of the building. It had taken the Pelican rep about 15 minutes to give correct ones after several attempts over the phone. She was not attentive to my request, plus having cell phone service issues on my side.
But with all that, I still want to thank Jeff for being reactive to my emails every time there was a new issue.
Only problem I had was the call machine was down so you actually had to call the property to get in but that wasn’t a bad thing just a little time consuming especially being that it was cold..
Nice apartment. Clean. Many common usage areas smelled like marijuana. The location is next to an abandoned building which was concerning. I would not feel safe walking around the area at night. We checked in very late ( they were very accommodating and gracious) but that did not make up for the fact that my code to get in the building didn't work and so I was lucky when a guest let me in since the staff couldn't help me on their end. This was disturbing because it was not a location that I would feel comfortable being outside after dark late at night

Great stay
Service was great! Answered all questions and would not stop unless they had a solution. Great area. No free guest parking but really cheap parking available. Be sure to visit Krab Queenz conveniently located next door. Also rented resident parking which gave more peace of mind that my car was safe and secure. Will stay again!
Great value, very comfortable large apartment in a perfect location.

Adequate
It took me 2 nights to notice the wifi pass.,no help with the TV, no drapery in the bedroom(very light from streetlights), minimum furniture...but it was clean. The exposed ceiling not very attractive.
