first of all, training needs to be done with the front desk staff. We were asked for proof that our service dog was a service dog; there is no such thing. Please advise your staff about protocols with disabled people. We were told we would have to pay for our service animal; service animals are not required to pay this. The facilities were clean, but the bed was very stiff, and I had to make a place on the floor with extra blankets to sleep. The bed hurt my back that bad,
