Comfortable room, good location. The pet friendly room could use some Febreze as it definitely smelled like dog, and I love dogs, but the $30 pet fees need to go to freshening (We had a cat, btw.)

We stayed for the weekend for Shaky Knees music festival - we weren’t being very picky! Overall, the stay was very easy and quiet. The room did smell like weed when we arrived but it wasn’t unbearable so we just stayed in the room. We did also find a roach in the bathtub upon arrival, but again, the room wasn’t bad enough to deal with switching around because everything else was fine. Beds were comfy and the staff was super nice. Not much for big breakfast but perfect to me as it was waffles, some hard boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal and coffee&juices.

The room was very clean and the staff were great. The pool was closed for inspection, the flip lock on our room was broken, and the continental breakfast was not what you typically see at a Quality Inn. Cereal with milk was the only option.

My wife and I were visiting from Tokyo. The location was great, and the staff were great and always nice and pleasant. The continental breakfast was unremarkable at best. Our room (king bed) was clean and adequate for our rate, but I had an issue with the iron. It left rust spots on my white Polo shirt, and the drain in the tub was clogged and took 15-20 minutes to drain. There was "ALWAYS" a loud marijuana smell coming from other rooms, and I saw what appeared to be sex workers more than once. I will not stay there again.

Customer service was great , the young lady was really polite and helpful . We checked in and the room smelled horrible, we couldn’t even breathe so i ask to be moved and she did gave us a different room but it smelled as well , not as bad but still had that weird smell to the room . I will definitely not be staying at this particular hotel ever again .
