"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone. The room was good with the exception of a small area for the bathroom in the King suite. The room should have been arranged with a bigger bathroom."

"Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again."

"Good location but there was hair in the bathroom floor when we arrived, toilet kept needing maintenance ever time it was flushed, and tv was not working properly. Was offered a credit but left the next day"
