The Condado Plaza Hotel

"The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was excellent. The room was not cleaned properly , the couch inside the room needed to be cleaned. The bed slept comfortably. There is no microwave inside the room. Elvin in house keeping did a great job cleaning our room. The tv did not have enough channels. My husband loves to watch TV when I mention it to the Front Desk she replied saying the internet doesn’t work. The next day I mentioned the same thing front desk said they would send a technician to fix it, no one never came to fix the tv. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city."

"This was a very simple beautiful place, walk distance to the beach. Also walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores, near old San Juan and if like the night life they are all close as well. Definitely recommend for like a weekend stay it’s perfect."

"Loved the Beach access ...room could at least have an electric kettle and some tea....my stomach was unsettled the entire stay and it became a real hassle to run down to the bar to buy a cup of tea....other than that I enjoyed my stay"
