โConveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it.โ
โThe breakfast was decent and the beds were very comfortable. It was within walking distance of some of Montreal's main attractions, and the metro station is located right in front of the hotel so it was easy to get around. The noise was unfortunate when going up and down the stairs. It would also be nice if disposable slippers were provided.โ
โAlthough this is an expensive hotel it is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. The coffee in the lobby is a very nice touch. The staff are incredible. The amount of attention to details and the helpfulness was wonderful. Not once did we feel like we where an inconvenience. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Merci. โ
โI spent one night with my two kids. It was for my boy to celebrate his birthday. I wrote note to the hotel the reason why we going to the hotel. Hotel asked me about him such as his age and what he likes. few days before we get there.
When we got our room he was so~happy. There were balloons and small gift with cookies. What is more, birthday card for him. My boy had best birthday ever~!!
We enjoyed a swimming pool and a jacuzzzi.
Room was big and clean. Specially service was great~!...
โOur group of 4 had an excellent stay at the Mercer. The room was very clean and modern. Parking was easy and convenient, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had access to all amenities. Public transit was less than a block away. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! โ
