Great suite with a comfortable bed. The location is also very walkable, and my child loved the outdoor pool! Overall, it's a great hotel!! I'd definitely stay there again.
I had an excellent stay at the Humanities Hotel for a week in Montreal! It was close to everything, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and they also had good food. I would highly recommend.
This is a beautiful property with a real gym and nice rooftop. We had an excellent dinner at H2, made especially memorable because they accommodated my difficult food allergies. Service and entire meal was outstanding. The hotel is also located ideally, easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go.
There is a two story gym with machines and weights. I really liked that. I ate at the outdoor restaurant and the food was delicious. Rooms were spacious and I had a massage at the spa with Nellie. I would recommend.
The Humaniti Hotel was perfectly located for our visit to Montreal. The staff were helpful and kind, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the hotel amenities, which included the pool and rooftop bar, the restaurants on the second floor, and the coffee shop on the main level. We would definitely stay at Humaniti Hotel if visiting Montreal again.
Great spot. Nice clean rooms. Parking on site. Pool is a bit of a miss. Very small. Like 10 chairs. Good luck finding an enjoyable spot to sit. Other than that great place.
Comfortable walk to Jazz fest sites and Bell Centre. Lovely bakery on ground floor with excellent coffee. Outdoor pool with limited seating. Pool side beverage service when bar/restaurant was open. Outdoor cold tub for post-sauna or just to cool off. Full spa including RMTs, facials, mani-pedis with average price range. Secured elevators to rooms. Definitely plan to book again next year.
Pool was small and hard to find space most times. No drink or food service at the pool. Gym was big but did not like the machines - had to pay to go to a real gym. Room was a lot more spacious than the picture - I would change that because I almost did not book because of that. Overall the place was beautiful, clean and new. However i would not go back at that price because I was paying premium for pool snd gym and those were the most disappointing things.
We were somewhat underwhelmed with our room. The curtains were broken, hanging off the hooks, the remote to activate them didn’t work, the tiles in the bathroom weren’t clean, there were fingerprints all over the solid surfaces of the room. Our toilet flooded, it took over 30 minutes for someone to help us. Overall, quite meh.
The most disappointing was the service at h3. Our server seemed really annoyed that we were there to eat. The rest of the staff were lovely! Parking was simple. Check in was simple.
Room felt very modern and up to date, beautiful architecture. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and have a drink. Centrally located. The room was spotlessly clean. However, the cleaning of the room was a bit late, around 4-5pm every day.
